Les Montrealers have officially applied to the Royal Rookie Rumble tournament! I must admit, am quite excited about this team! I've been playing Nurgle in the box for a little while and felt that I've been fairly successful with them. That being said, I made some team development choices with my box Nurgle team that I am looking to rectify with this Ranked one... Specifically, team development choices that put less of an emphasis on kill-stack which may help in getting some ranked games :).

For those of you who are not aware, the team logo is a compilation of the three Montreal (Canada) sports teams: Montreal Canadiens (Hockey), Montreal Alouettes (Canadian Football), and Montreal Expos (Baseball team that moved away). The Big C is from the Canadiens, the bird-like creature is the Alouette and the "ball" is an Expos symbol. I found the picture online and it was way too awesome to not make a team with that theme! :).

To match the theme, I've decided the players for my team will correspond to legendary and/or current stars for various Montreal athletes / sports teams. Note: I've decided to only have themes for the Nurgle Warriors, Beast of Nurgle, and the Pestigors... We all know the rotters are useless anyways ;). I've also decided to go with a cartoony-artsy type theme for the player pictures. Below are some examples.
