Game of the year for Bob
Bob Strongroots is the backbone of the team since its rebuilding. 263 games, 19 touchdowns, 2 Interceptions, 19 fouls, and a mere 235 Casualties... He's the one player I can count on. He unfortunately got injured again not so long ago during the long march to death (no, that one's taken already) the hospital of the Sammiches, featuring teams like Watchmen Philosophy or the Charioteers. But today, it was as if he wanted to show me was worth a potion...
A 1200 TV game versus rats. All my stars but the trees are missing. I'm not trying too hard to win. I just want to have fun (and laugh when my opponent's complaining). 2 turns left, a gutter runner has the ball. Master Tree blitzes him and sets the ball free. Only Strongroot is in range. He goes for it... A flings grabs the ball, attempts a long pass... And Strongroot catches it! One more turn. 2 rats are blocking his way. He blitzes one, but only manages to push him... 2 dodges and 2 GFI, that's what it took to score the most entertaining touchdown of the Sammiches in almost 500 games.
And I forgot the mention his 4 Cs and one Interception during the first half...
I think Nuffle's trying to tell me something...

Nah man. AV9 and a niggle is still plenty sturdy. What he is, is old. That other tree, now he looks just masterful!

You know... On the paper my other Tree is better but on the pitch, Bob always steals the show - don't ask why.

Bob is amazing. And the Sammiches are amazing for taking on some of the toughest teams out there. I'm only sorry the Bob was out for the game against the Watchmen. Zara and Bertha are great, but they don't hold a candle to Bob.
