Not sure what to start with... I wasn't even sure I would do that blog post, but here we go...
I was involved in a car accident a few weeks ago, and spent some time at the hospital, which made me miss my tournament games. Sorry again, Spinball (Norse XFL). As said in private, you'd rather have won the whole thing or we're coming after you!
In case you're wondering, I'm mostly fine now. I just have some ankle issues left (and since one of my two jobs is mountain guide it doesn't help but... hopefully I'll find a magic sponge somewhere along my path). All I can say is 2020 has been weird so far...
Nurgle plaguing the Old World and all... But I take that as an opportunity to do and create new things, and surpass myself.
But in a few words... I'm generally not the judging kind of person, but... Do drugs if you want, get high if you want, but don't drive afterwards, please.
As for the GLN now... Apparently, we've lost another potential editor (which sucks since he was a nice chap). I've been around the GLN for years. But for me that's the one resignation I can't accept. Not because the former next editor hasn't his reasons to do so (I really have no hard feelings against him, quite the opposite), but because I've been maneuvering in dark for so many years without any issue released...
So I guess It's going to be my round of honour. I will edit the next release, on top of doing my usual things (formatting and all). But it's also likely to be the last time.
If you are a contributor and have sent an article to one of the last three editors, please, send it back to me. Even if I disappear, I'll make sure to save a copy in the private section of the GLN so it's not lost. If you want to contribute, same: please, PM your article.
I'm also looking for guys into fluff... The Great Hobbo, akaRenton, people willing/able to draw cartoons, whatever...
And if you're a former contributor disappointed because what you've worked on has disappeared... I'm not gonna lie: I may never edit the next issue either. But your contribution will never be lost since I'm going to publish everything in the private section of the GLN on the forum so, should I fail, any new taker can use it.
Cheers.
