Crown of Sand VII

Rarely are the gods of old still moving. Those ancient creatures that have lasted so long in the desert wastelands of the south that they have become more power than creature. Neither dead or alive. Pillager approach a sand dune, they haven't eaten for days and their water is about to run out. Suddenly other pillagers appear at this lifeless place from all directions. The traveler covers his face as a sandstorm begins brewing. He can barely breath as the toxic air just takes his vision and swaps his feed away. When it is finally over and he looks up to the sky, revealed under the dunes, 8 pyramids, the place of the trials and in the center sitting on the throne of a priest-king, the desired object which guided him here. The Crown Of Sand.

While the Warpstone Open Finals have just begun, the much more interesting events in Blackbox once again start to kick off.
Applications for the Crown of Sand end on Febuary, 17th.
Make sure to have a Blackbox team applied :).

I want to point out that one week's lead time to enter teams is not nearly enough time to make a lot of people aware of the tourney. 3 weeks heads up would be great in the future especially considering Brawl tourneys taking that amount of time.

EA, those are both buried on the site and are passive attempts at recruiting. You're relying on previous interest and awareness for users to self inform on the schedule. That'd be fine except there's always people who are caught unaware because of how they utilize the site and never reach those endpoints. Until you linked the calendar, I had forgotten that it existed at all and I visit fumbbl 18 hours a day.

All I'm saying is that a week or two of blog posts, forum messages, front page news preceding registration, PMs to all prior participants, would go a long way in getting the most amount of people aware of what's happening.
