The Joy of Not Conceding
If I'd conceded this:
Then I wouldn't have been able to do this in half 2(move trademarked by the_great_gobbo, the expert greenskin tosser)
Sadly, that was the end for poor Toots Ahoy as during the reset after the TD, coach grunth put a bounty on his head.
We lost the game 2-1, but I think the stuff of legend was shown on the pitch today by the Flight Skool. And continuing my resolution from 2015 we still haven't conceded any R or B games.

Honestly it's tough to say.
When you reach a certain point in a game when the thought of concession enters your mind you're more willing to make risky plays which you wouldn't do otherwise. Dodging saurus for example, or the above play. Not conceding has made me realise that these choices are valid options, whereas before I'd just accept that my opponent's ball carrier was out of my reach.
Plus it's nice to still give your opponent something ressembling a game. Even if you're gonna be retiring your team after the game there's no reason you can't take a few of their players with you

gary - my turn 1 I just ran 2 goblins forward, hoped 1 would be standing in my turn 2 and that I would roll enough 6s to make the dodges, pass and catch.

I wouldn't even know how to do a concession in the client. If you play Elves a game is almost never lost in first half, and in second half if things are really, really hopeless I normally just stay down and end turn. On rare occasions coaches have conceded against me, usually tilting over the loss of a good player. It's especially annoying when they do it just before you were about to score a TD with a player that would have skilled.

Anyone ever concedes so you cannot score. Report them with a support ticket! Gives me something fun to do
