<div >It's not often you find an immortal elf risking life and limb in this dastardly sport they call blood bowl. And so it would seem even stranger that some should enter the fray without a care or thought for armour. But for some, the thought of an eternal existence under a burden of some sorrow or pain or anger that they have been cursed or fated with is too much.</div> <div >Some of these have found their way to Snorriheim, where the once magnificent stands built in the days of the <a href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=team&op=view&team_id=139064"><b><u>Vanguard of the Southern Ark</u></b></a> have given way to a sepulchric mausoleum of intimidating proportions. For it is here that their beloved coach lost his sanity and risked undeath to save what token was left. The manic cackling disturbs some, and the cold manner in which the Vanguard were dispatched to make way for a team of atrocities might disturb others. But for the small folk, its easy to turn a blind eye to the screams that split the night when their local team left everything in their wake on the fields of the SWL - for it was the team that followed the Vanguard, the <a href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=team&op=view&team_id=306260"><b><u>Ecclessiarchs of Unsanity</u></b></a> marched to a runaway premiership win in Season <a href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=group&op=view&at=0&group=647&show=17972"><b><u>21</u></b></a> of the SWL and Coach's manic cackling carried on unabated the whole way.</div> <div > But what's left for a mad old coach to do? As unpredictable as ever, he made a home for the tormented elven souls seeking an end and without so much as a plan bespoken, entered them into the fray! Rumours abound. Is it mad genious seeking to humiliate those that would let a very ordinary collection of bones stroll through to a flag unopposed? Is it just a new challenge? </div> <div > While the plebs may be content to wonder, others have quietly observed the signs around Snorriheim. These few have noticed that the cemetaries of Snorriheim started looking pretty bare after the Ecclesiarch's rampant title win which would seem to tie in with the fact that the Ecclesiarchs were looking pretty lean by the end of their campaign. But still, this remains just an observed fact, and not a motive for recent happenings. A very few have delved deeper, and amidst the coach's (mostly meaningless) manic rants, are a few gems that would seem to portray a coach burning with necromantic ambitions. And so...the sepulchre needs restocking! </div> <div> It seems we're doing rather poorly at restocking, but....<b>Season XXVIII Champions</b>! The lads never expected a title, let alone one so soon. Chances are it the opportunity might not come again (well, almost certainly this bunch will kick the bucket before it happens again) but they're enjoying it while they can.
