It's been over a year now that the Podcast has been running and as we approach the Christmas season I'd like to give a thank you or two and request from FUMBBLers.

First of all to PurpleChest who has been more than a co-host to me. He has challenged, supported and laughed with me. The Podcast wouldn't be the same without his velvety tone!

A request...

Some of you will know that the last 18 months have been a bit of a roller coaster in terms of me changing career and other things that took a toll on my own mental health to the point of breakdown.

Please, over this seasonal time, reach out to a friend or family member that you know can struggle with this time of year. Ask them if they are ok. That can be all it takes sometimes. A text, a message, a phone call. It could be the difference that a person needs to move forward. I know it was for me.
