We've got 50-80km/hour winds; hopefully that's all we get as we are mostly not in the path.

It was eerie to wake up while my town is in the "eye" of the storm. Very quiet and still outside.
I am very thrilled to have power (for now). We were and still are expecting to lose it. Time for that hot shower! :D

if you're directly in the path, the best thing to do is get out of town until the hurricane passes. thats what i do when theres a really big one heading for me. go camping, get a hotel room, something.

Presumably camping a long (long) way away.

Had a tree come down in our backyard, but it didn't hit anything. And we still have power! \o/

We had power go out and come back a couple times. We're far enough inland and on high enough ground that power loss and stray branches were the only real worries.
We were prepared for a lot worse. New Hampshire got spared for the most part.

survived it without loss of power or damage.
Even walked to 7/11 last night in it.
