To runn q bq time for boston I think its 3.10 or so at my age.
For me that would mean running 7 days a week, sometimes 2 times a day of running, eating and sleeping correct for 4-5 moths.

People dream about running Boston, it is the highlight of an amateurs achievments.

And then some fucktard bombs it. What the hell!

The target was obviously chosen because of the number of cameras that would record the event. The bombs staggered so the second one would be caught on film. The methods of terrorism was horrid. My sympathies to all who are touched by the tragedy.
