Since you're updating the site rules, you may want to update the divisions. It still lists both academy and stunty leeg.

Given that this allows "backseat coaching" for stream chat, would you ever consider making the regular Spectator chat viewable by the playing coaches (with an option to turn it off by one of the playing coaches if so desired)? Would probably be a lot more controversial, but it seems like a similar sort of thing.

I have been watching blood bowl streams for over 8 years now, and I have never, ever in all that time, even once, seen a viewer give a useful piece of in-game, actionable advice to a streamer during a live game.
People really don't do it. The ruling is more likely simply there to prevent a streamer getting into bother should a unicorn (or a troll) appear and it actually happen unsolicited.

Maybe a icon on coach home page so other coach can see if there a steamer.

there is currently a forum discussion where I am explaining better what I think.. I try to summarize the following
- Streaming is incentivized by Fumbbl which is perfectly clear. But at this point I would like to see the list of who is streaming published. Right now there is a debate about who is playing a game NOT being able to go watch his game on TwitchTV (because the other coach is publicly disclosing his game tactics). However, there is no way to avoid this because the stream is public. So if a coach decides to live stream the game he is playing in to publicly share his tactics (and maybe even get suggestions from others) everyone has the right to access his channel and the person he is playing against has the right to see it as well. This will obviously create a lot of confusion and personally knowing that I might be playing not against one coach but against three-four coaches at once (the streamer plus maybe a few friends connected to his channel who help him out) well... it is something I am still trying to digest

As said above, rarely, if ever, is good advice seen in a chat.
And, as also mentioned, someone might be playing 3-4 coaches. The more cooks, the worse the soup. The advice will probably be equally bad, since the advice received will probably vary from coach to coach...
But if this is really a problem? Nah, not in my world...
