Game 5000
I had not noticed, but at game 4995 my opponent pointed out i was nearing 5000 games played on FUMBBL.
That seems a lot.
Unless I am a VERY slow learner, it is unlikely I am going to get better.
This graph would seem to attest to the same.
Anyways, i have managed to manipulate the swirling mists of FUMBBL scheduling and ensured my 5000th game will be fitting.
My Humble Greenfang Purples will face Los señalados, Shorn of captain and mascot Bubba our dead Str6 BOB. He died in last round, the only casualty in THIS GAME where I lucked past Stonetroll and his Uusiverikulho.
This game is the final round match in Lustrian Challenge X Group 2. There I am top with this game only to play, and a draw will be enough. if I lose the chaos I face go through. Stonetroll will still go through if he beats some undead, in case you were wondering.
The game is scheduled for Monday 29/08 at 22:00 server time.
TLDR?
I am going to get ripped apart and kicked out of a major to celebrate my 5000th game, there will be blood, feel free to cheer/boo.

Happy quinquemillenium! Googled that one as a present. The graph however, merely attests that you have varying Blood Bowl form and/or occasionally play non-optimal rosters ;-)

I'd contest that running along the top 10 consistently is less dependent on skill and more on general choices such as teams, skills, match-ups...
The graph may in fact indicate that you are still improving, the accuracy of these types of measuring systems just gets less meaningful when it gets to the extremes.
On top of it I feel like the community as a whole has improved on average quite a long way ever since CRP was first introduced. Staying so relevant in spite of it is an achievement in itself.

Do you want to get better? Obviously you're already plenty good, but the answer to a plateau'd training regimen is muscle confusion, as any proper musclehead (or studmandudebro) will tell you. Play some Vampire, Underworld, Slann, or Pact for a change (or stunties if you can stand it), then come back to your Dwarfs and Orcs and High Elfs and see if you learned anything.
