All the rage podcasts arn't they? Riding high in the cultural zeitgeist, dominating live venues like bands, making Gary Linekar rich(er) and giving me an excuse to use the word zeitgeist. Podcasting is everywhere and solving all global problems. Blood Bowl has not been immune, if you don't podcast, do you even play Blood Bowl? In a huge and growing field, I want to talk about Blood Bowl podcasting, why people do it, what does it bring or cost them, and how it impacts on playing the game itself.
so One World, One Blood Bowl #57 will talk about BB podcasts, with some BB podcasters:
PurpleChest: IS OWOBB, was FUMBBL Podcast.
Kilowoggy: Both Down podcaster
NoBribeFoul: Turnover! podcaster/Vodcaster
Bonehead Ben: Does a podcast apparently.
So we have the BIG BEAST from the Bonehead Podcast, the T-Rex of the BB scene, we have Both Down which is currently the oldest running BB podcast, and Turnover! which is trying to disrupt the American scene and still counts as 'new' in my head. Should be fun. As always we'll no doubt range over BB in general as well as podcasting, and any questions or points left here will be raised.
We go live at 9pm GMT (London Time, proper time) on
https://www.twitch.tv/purplechest on 29/12/2024 and less than a day later on YouTube, podcast sites and twitch highlight. So join us live, or catch up later. Or ignore me and go back to painting, really it's a time of year to do exactly as you please, or as little as you can get away with, so you do you.
