I think this was the best episode you have done so far, you really nailed it as a moderator there. Very enjoyable, very dense, some very good insight, too.

One thing I would add, that has helped me massively walking the steep and sometimes daunting path of becoming reasonably good at Blood Bowl, was finding some people who would walk it with me. Who were roughly at the same level and had roughly the same goals. We could compare notes, which brings efficiency (someone will point out something they learned that you hadn't learned yet), as well as effectiveness of learning, because saying it out loud, challenging it, debating it will help you internalise it. And most importantly, having some friends with you will help you through those dry spells and setbacks when motivation is becoming a problem.
