Need a quick way to figure out if you should foul?

Skills:
2 points if your fouler has Dirty Player and Sneaky Git, or if they have Dirty Player and a Bribe, or you have more Dirty Players.
1 point if the player has Dirty Player or Sneaky Git, or if you have a Bribe.
+1 point if your fouler has Dirty Player +2.
-1 point if your fouler has Chainsaw and isn't about to get ejected anyway.
-1 point if your fouler has anything good that doesn't help foul, until turn 12.

Target:
2 points if the victim is essential to the opponent's effort.
1 point if the victim is important to the opponent's effort (and not just in a general way).
+1 point if the victim is highly skilled.
+1 point if you already have any Target points and your fouler has Dirty Player +2.
If the game has been decided and the Meta score is positive, apply Target points based on the opponent's next game.
If the game has been decided and Meta is 0 or less, Target is 0.

Odds:
2 points if the net AV on the foul is 4+ or less.
1 point if the net AV on the foul is 5+ or 6+.
-1 point if the net AV on the foul is 8+ or worse.
Include Chainsaw when calculating the net AV on the foul.

Menz:
2 points if you have at least 2 more players than the opponent on the pitch.
1 point if you have exactly 1 more player than the opponent on the pitch.
+1 point if it's the first half, and you have more than twice as many reserves as your opponent.
+1 point if your opponent is already down below 11 players to start the next drive, and there will be a next drive.
+257.3 points if you have a realistic shot a pitch clear.

Position:
3 points if this player can easily score on you or something next turn.
2 if not fouling this player is at least as risky as fouling them.
1 point if you can see how not fouling this player could easily bite you.

Meta:
1 point if you are incentivized to harm your opponent.
-1 point if you are disincentivized from harming your opponent.
+1 point if you don't like them very much, or if you just have that kind of friendship, Heather.

3 or fewer points: don't foul.
4 points: foul if you just want to be a jerk.
5 points: foul if you are strongly inclined to foul.
6 points: foul if you don't see a better plan.
7 points: when in doubt, foul.
8 or more points: what's doubt? foul!
