Explanation:

GRIND is a fluff-driven league with lots of special rules. An official Grudge Match allows both teams to use inducements, which is usually forbidden.

This particular grudge is based on a pretty violent first encounter between the two teams and the general hatred between Dwarves and Skaven.

The Marsh Brawlers also have a "Team Vendetta" going against Vragni Ogrebane, because he crippled one of their blitzers into retirement with a foul (which counts as "excessive violence"). Should one of their players succeed in crippling or killing the Dwarf in question, he'll immediately be rewarded with a skill roll, automatically turned into a double!

Completely off-topic, but I've read this blog and started thinking "Why wouldn't I write something about my own top 5 most fun coaches to play against on FUMBBL?" After looking at my rivalry page, I've decided I wouldn't do it because that wouldn't be fair to some coaches who wouldn't make the cut, but you'd sure have (along with a couple of Gobo fans and decaying mummies).

Classical "grinding" doesn't work well in GRIND, except maybe for orcs. Too few players to simply "waltz" down the pitch and "grind" it out.
