Here is the110k Build Parameters.

I havent played in a lot of Typical Table Top Tourneys. We have a large league here in Canada, and devote our time to more of that kind of game style. We end our 10 game seasons with a bracketed playoff system. So, I have lots of experience with that situation. This upcoming Spike! is using the same 110 build scheme for the third straight year, that I have attended.

The first year I used a Lizard build with 5 sauruses(2 Block, 2 Break Tackle,1 Guard) 6 Skinks, (1 with Catch) and 4 RRs. I did fairly well with them going 4-0-2 and second in the 44 man Tournament.

Second Year (this past year) I used a Halfling build with 2 Treemen (both with Block,) Deep Root, Bertha Bigfist, and 7 Flings (2 with Jump up,) and 1 RR. I went for more of a goofy build that time with fun on the agenda. I went 2-4-0. A self proclaimed respectable 36th place out of 52.

This year I am debating on a couple builds. They always revolve around the painted models I have already own. The one build I am organising right now is CDs. I like to have different builds that other coaches wont likely use. A generic 110 CD build may be 2 Bulls, 6 CDs, 3 Hobs, 3 RRs. Debatable of course. There hasnt been much success with CDs on the Tourney scene from what I know. Which is a driving factor for me using them. Here is my build: 6 CDs (1 Guard) 4 Hobs (2 with Block, 1 with Wrestle, 1 with Leader,) Hthark the Unstoppable, 2 RR, (Apoth, or 5 cheerleaders/assistant coaches, or 5 FF.)

Now I am entertaining this build for this reason. I can have 2 Bulls with 1 skill each, or I can get 1 really good star bull with 6/5/2/9 Block, Break Tackle, Juggernaught, Sprint, Surefeet, Thick skull. That can spread out my skills to the Hobs, and give me more CDs to tie up the other teams defense. The pure intensions to stand up CDs, tie up assists with Hobs, and Blitz with Hthark. This kind of build will really reflect on my playing ability. The low RRs bother me a bit, but I think because the Hobs will have blocking skills may help prolong them on the field, and then hopefully be able to move the ball with more ease.

Ive also thought about going with 6 CDs (1 guard,) Hthark, 1 Bull centaur(surehands,) 3 hobs (2 Block, 1 Leader,) Assistant coach, 2 Cheerleaders and 1 RR Build. But, basically I want to use Hthark.

I may change my mind. I have 3 weeks to plan, and build. I may even throw another team altogether for this tourney. I am also trying to change schedules around for Chaos cup. Though that is looking less and less like a possiblity the closer it gets. Tell me what you think about my build. Have you seen this, and how well did it fair? Am I kidding myself with this idea.
