Maybe but I don't use him primarily for running with the ball, tending to send it his way when times are desperate or the going is good, and then the 4+ isn't such a bad thing.
Stand firm could be handy.

he won't love long enough to enjoy anything, so for something fun. if you want to increase the TD record before he (inevitably) dies, go for the +AG.

thick skull is nice to have, but not worth taking
juggernaut is better for some other player
+ag is not great on ma4 break tackle

Good points Reisender. After considering them, I went with frenzy. With break tackle and ST5, he's often blitzing, so it means more dice.
