Assured Jim throws past 800!

Assured Jim the quarterback of the Deepwater Devils has reached 800 yards passed to become the all time #1 human thrower for distance passed. Next up is most completions.
As expected, a passing game for humans - normally folly - seems to work much better with such an accomplished player, especially with good catchers too. The team is unbeaten in 12 and 1 defeat in 18, whilst the record prior to that was much less impressive.
Such skills do push up TV and leave no room for an ogre, but some would argue that's not a bad thing. Certainly, it makes bombs much less of a threat.

Wow, that sure is a long distance thrower (for humans especially!). Let's hope he hits AG5 soon for those long bombs!

What are you planning for legend skill? Block? Safe Throw? Kick-off Return?
My catching catcher is great fun, and a lot more useful than he seems :)

Safe throw for legend skill. I will ignore a double and +ST for it. +MA I'll have to think about, +AG I'll obviously snap up.
I almost wish I hadn't taken Leader to be honest; seems to be taking up a value skill slot! However maintaining another Leader may have been a bit of a drag on the team.
I did have a great catcher until 1 too many khemri teams were played (thrice vs Newscasters, twice vs Jan-Erik's).

I think the player is worth not taking leader on. You're considering safe throw over block for legend...

Well ideally Sage, this player doesn't get blocked!
