What is the alcohol content of this stuff?
Does it contain alcohol? Does it taste of anything?

Would I be right in assuming that it is not in the same league as a Special Brew/Strongbow Super snakebite?

Wikipedia days 4,2% and it's some kind of calorie light stuff. And cheap. :O

Natty Light Bottom line.

It is a 4.2% content beer...Natural Ice is a 5.0% content beer.

Natty light is made this way.

They brew a huge bat of Budlight. Once it gets to 1/4 full they then refill with purified water. Thus wattering down the Bud light and reselling the dregs of the vat as natural light.

Same process for natual beer made from watered down Budweiser and Natty Ice from Bud Ice.

Since natty does not have to spend money on advertising and such like the main brand Budweiser it is cheap compared to the main beer. In this ezample Bud Light to Natty Light.

You can pick up a 30 pack of Natty Lt for around $21...A 30 pack of Bud Light will set you back allmost $35. Bud light needs the extra cash for comercials, NFL stadium rights and status.

Now for the atcual drinking experience...it is water with a hops taste. Thus you can consume vast quanitites of this stuff and really fast. Now let me point out something here. Guiness stout is a 5% beer/ale, just a tad more stronger than Natty Light. If you and I sit down for a "row" of drinking. I with my 30 pack and you with your 30 pack of guiness. Well you have allready spent over twice the amount for the same quanity of beer.

You obviously care about image, thus your selection of beer. IF the goal of the night is to get drunk. Well I can give you my %100 guarnatee that once we both finish our 30 packs we will be ripped and having fun. Remember this is not about taste it is about getting drunk. After 6 beers who cares about taste anyway?

Which is what natty light is all about. College students love it, cheap beer drinkers like it, bar flies like it and anybody who wants to get drunk cheap because they..
A)Get really drunk
B)It is cheap, a keg runs around $60
C)Girls dont mind drinking water...abbey ale or craft beer, well lets just say they dont like that.
D)Because girls like natty...guys really like natty.
E)Now that we are having a great time there is a high likely hood of shirts coming off the girls as they wave them in the air
F)The guy in the corner sipping his abbey ale realizes the folly of his drink choice. Pours it into the dogs water bowl and goes out and buys a 30 Pack for himself.

Natty light/Natual Ice/ Natural is all about purchasing vast quanitites of beer. Drinking like a dwarf on a bing fest. Then standing back in your drunken haze and watch girls take clothes off.

Whilst currently residing in South Africa I am English and have spent many a "Lost Week-end" sampling the finer (and not so fine) drinking establishments all over Ireland and the North.

I can categorically say that if you switch to Guiness, there is no way you will be finishing 30 in a night and in fact would do well to get close to half that figure.... Oh and yes you'll be trashed and having a lot of fun! :D
